Repairs
Sometimes stone will chip or breaks even during install like on this seam. There are epoxy repairs -photo #1 (doesn't always work) and crushed stone repair- photo #2 . The final step was to top polish- photo #3. ▼

Stone can stain when sealer fails. We can help!
One of several poultice can remove stains. Its not usually a one and done repair. It can take several attempts to find the correct poultice and depending on the depth of the stain may require several attempts. If the stone is very porous like a marble even the poultice can leave a dark spot that can take weeks to dry fully. Each attempt takes about a week for the poultice to dry. ▼pictures of St. Cecelia granite with a vegetable oil stain.
Is your countertop protected? How to check.
Testing your granite for sealer. Pour plain water in a couple spots on your stone to create about a 2" puddle- photo #1.
Leave for 15 minutes and then wipe up. IF it left a dark spot then your countertops need a sealing- photo #2. This water spot will dry out.
